Job Summary
Assess current and prospective residents, participate in care conferences with families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies. Help hire, train, and supervise clinical staff while following HIPAA and all Edgewood policies. Maintain appropriate resident care standards in this 118-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community. This full-time day shift role requires a current state RN license with three years of clinical experience and previous staff supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Three years clinical experience
- Previous experience supervising staff
