Assistant Clinical Project Manager

Job Summary
Assistant Clinical Project Manager at Clario supports Clinical Project Managers in drafting project documentation, participates in project meetings and client calls, reads and interprets clinical protocol documents, liaises with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones, monitors internal data flow, responds to inquiries, communicates project status updates to clients, verifies imaging protocol compliance, mentors Operations team members, and assists in resolving client issues while adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, FDA). The role involves cross-functional collaboration, documentation review, and contributing to SOP/process updates, with hybrid work from San Jose.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 1 plus years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, and/or clinical research preferred
- Healthcare, medical experience, and/or clinical research preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from San Jose
