Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical office operations by supervising front desk, scheduling, and administrative staff. Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes while ensuring accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance. Monitor office workflows to improve efficiency, assist with employee training and performance coaching, and address patient concerns professionally. Support billing, insurance verification, prior authorization, and budgeting activities. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and compliance with OSHA and organizational policies. Collaborate with providers to support quality patient care. Requires 2–5 years of healthcare experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office. Full-time role at University Physicians' Association in Edmunds Gastroenterology.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
