Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the assigned Clinical Department by planning, organizing, and directing patient care activities as delegated by the Clinical Manager. Collaborate with the clinical manager to maintain operational aspects of patient units while supervising, training, and evaluating staff. Consult with healthcare team members to ensure safe, appropriate patient care and foster a culture of accountability. Apply independent judgment to solve problems and prioritize tasks with excellent time management skills. Requires a current Ohio RN license, three years of acute care experience, and one year in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting
- One (1) year in a leadership role
- Current Ohio RN license
- Current CPR certification
