Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience
- At least (1) year of clinical experience in the area they are applying
- One (1) year of Charge nurse experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) - required within 3 months of hire
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Registered Nurse – CA (RN)
- Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) within 1 year of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
- Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN)
- Over four (4) years of leadership experience managing in the healthcare industry
- Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty
