Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic and comprehensive clinical assessments, deliver individual, group, and family therapy services, and assist with treatment plan development at the assigned site. Support supervision of QPs, APs, PP's, and CADCs while providing onboarding, mentoring, and training for new staff. Coordinate the site's access-to-care model, implement clinical initiatives, and manage caseloads across services. Ensure documentation meets Medicaid, NCDHHS, and DSIS standards through chart audits and compliance monitoring. Respond to client crises per protocol and assist in creating crisis plans with clients and caregivers. Maintain active North Carolina licensure and complete required certifications including CPI/NCI and First Aid/CPR.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related human services field
- Active North Carolina license or provisional license in one of the following: LCSW-A / LCSW, LCMHC-A / LCMHC, LMFT-A / LMFT, LCAS-A / LCAS
- Must maintain NCI, Community First Aid/CPR, and any other certifications required by DSIS
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum two years post-graduate supervised experience providing behavioral health services
