Job Summary
Conduct needs assessments and psychosocial interviews with residents and families to document history and identify treatment focus. Provide group and family process-oriented therapies, individual therapy, and educational didactic groups using various professional modalities. Participate in treatment team meetings to review progress notes, communicate legal requirements, and assist in individualized discharge planning. Monitor overall course of treatment services and make handwritten entries documenting therapy, discharge progress, and interventions. Report incidents of suspected abuse using prescribed forms and protocols. Requires Florida licensure (LMHX/LCSW) with one year post-licensure experience, a Master's degree, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $60K to $65K.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field
- valid Florida licensure (LMHX/LCSW)
- at least 1 year post-licensure experience providing direct therapy to youth
- 21 years of age or older
- valid Florida Drivers License
