Assistant Clinical Director

The Assistant Clinical Director oversees program/protocol development, insurance report completion, staff training/supervision, and parent training for learners on the caseload. Supports the Clinical Director in day-to-day operations, serves as the point of contact in the CD’s absence, and progresses toward CD responsibilities through regular meetings, shadowing, and hands-on support. Responsibilities include evidence-based behavior intervention practices, creating and monitoring individualized treatment plan goals, data-based decision making, coordination with Speech-Language Pathologists, ongoing staff training, maintaining parent/caregiver rapport, leading monthly trainings, coordinating transitions to less restrictive environments, handling insurance paperwork, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires Master’s in behavior analytic content, BCBA credential, eligibility to supervise RBTs, and 2–3 years of ABA experience; strong communication skills; capability to bill for ethics-compliant hours and maintain BCBA logs.
