Job Summary
Conduct weekly individual and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level clinicians while reviewing caseloads and clinical documentation. Support clinic staff development and partner with the Regional Clinic Director on administrative needs, including hiring coordination and supply orders. Assist with monitoring office schedules, maintaining a clinical client caseload, and providing timely responses to client and clinician concerns. Serve as a backup for the Regional Clinic Director when they are out of the office. Maintain an agreed-upon caseload while functioning within a high-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
