Job Summary
Support the Clinic Director in overseeing clinic performance and operations, including managing office schedules and assisting with the hiring process. Provide weekly individual and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level clinicians, while consulting on caseloads and clinical documentation. Partner with leadership to support staff development, coordinate administrative needs, and maintain agreed-upon clinical client caseloads. Serve as back-up for the Regional Clinic Director when out of the office. Maintain timely responses to client and clinician concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
