Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight for all Applied Behavior Analysis services at the assigned school site, maintaining an active caseload for assessment, consultation, and intervention. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans while reviewing programming to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services. Work directly with students in classrooms, partner with teachers to develop behavioral strategies, and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings. Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians through classroom observations and coaching. Monitor treatment fidelity, adjust interventions based on student progress, and ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and state regulations. Assist with student placement, staffing, and clinical scheduling to foster a supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related Field
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Crisis intervention certification
- LiveScan
- TB Clearance
- Minimum of three (3) years of ABA clinical experience
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects
- Required to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl
- Can communicate expressively and receptively, verbally and in writing
- The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
Desired Qualifications
- five (5) years of ABA clinical experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience working in school-based ABA programs is highly desirable
