Assistant Clinical Director

Oversee hospice clinical services, provide clinical oversight and mentoring to the interdisciplinary team, assist with hiring and supervision of clinical personnel, develop and maintain clinical policies/procedures, provide orientation and ongoing training, maintain quality improvement initiatives, monitor performance indicators, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with families/caregivers/providers, and participate in IDT meetings and care conferences. Must be an RN with a Rhode Island license and a Bachelor's degree in nursing, plus at least two years of hospice/home health experience. This is a 32-hour-per-week salaried role with a schedule 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, serving the entire state of Rhode Island, located in Warwick with on-site work facilities.
