Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members while overseeing a small caseload of individualized ABA services. Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support. Conduct clinical observations, competency reviews, and onboarding support to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices. Review documentation and treatment plans to support quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and clinician success. Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams to influence clinical practices and organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 4–6 years of ABA experience
- At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
Desired Qualifications
- State licensure (LBA) where applicable
- Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs
- Experience with Central Reach or similar clinical platforms
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing assent-based ABA practices
