Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members while overseeing a small clinical caseload. Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support. Conduct clinical observations, competency reviews, and onboarding support to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices. Review treatment plans and documentation to maintain consistency in service delivery. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to enhance client outcomes and clinician success. Participate in leadership meetings and quality improvement initiatives that support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 4–6 years of ABA experience
- At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
Desired Qualifications
- State licensure (LBA) where applicable
- Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs
- Experience with Central Reach or similar clinical platforms
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing assent-based ABA practices
