Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members while overseeing a small caseload of individualized ABA services. Mentor clinicians through coaching, observations, and feedback; conduct competency reviews, onboarding support, and treatment planning to ensure alignment with BACB standards and payer requirements. Review documentation and clinical practices, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and leadership teams. Participate in organizational initiatives that drive company growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 4–6 years of ABA experience
- At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
Desired Qualifications
- State licensure (LBA) where applicable
- Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs
- Experience with Central Reach or similar clinical platforms
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Experience implementing assent-based ABA practices
