Job Summary
Oversee clinic administrative and clinical functions by completing intake assessments, providing weekly supervision, and assigning cases to ensure equitable distribution. Manage clinician schedules, maintain client records for quality assurance, and facilitate trainings to support evidence-based treatment protocols. Travel across program sites to provide cross-site oversight, strengthen team performance, and ensure consistent care delivery. Maintain an active caseload while modeling best practices in clinical leadership and completing required reports for regulatory bodies. Collaborate with all agency levels to promote effective service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling or marriage and family therapy, or related fields
- Must maintain clinical license in respective field of practice
- 2-3 years clinical and or supervisory experience
- Supervisors must also be aware of and sensitive to trauma-informed care and the cultural needs of the population of focus and how to best meet those needs and be capable of training staff regarding these issues
