Job Summary
Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple CA offices (Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, Mountain View travel required), manage staff and clinic leads, oversee provider templates and staffing, collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations on reporting, coordinate patient communication, training development for new hires, conduct performance reviews, monitor KPIs and quality assurance, handle patient complaints, manage supplies and equipment, and lead initiatives to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a positive, high-engagement team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years supervisory experience
- 2 years previous experience in medical office
