Job Summary
Assist with the development and management of staff through hiring, on-boarding, training, and performance management while maintaining employee morale. Manage daily facility operations including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, patient records, and compliance logs. Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Regional Director on annual budgets and analyze clinic metrics to drive performance goals. Identify and enhance business relationships to support clinic growth through new patient and physician referrals. Perform duties as necessitated by changing organizational objectives and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program or Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Some weekend and after business hours work required
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree, Master's degree or Doctorate in related program preferred
