Job Summary
RN Assistant Clinic Director in Carmel, IN leading IV hydration and wellness therapies, supporting the Clinic Director with clinical and operational duties, performing IV starts, documenting treatments, educating clients on therapies, assisting with staff training and workflow improvements, maintaining a clean and welcoming clinical environment, and contributing ideas to enhance clinic operations and patient satisfaction. Qualifications include an active Indiana RN license, IV infusion/vascular access experience, strong IV placement, communication and organizational skills, initiative, and a customer-service mindset. Schedule is full-time with Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of IV infusion or vascular access experience preferred
- Excellent IV placement skills and sound clinical judgment
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think independently, and follow through on responsibilities
