Job Summary
As Assistant Clinic Director, you will assist the Clinic Director in daily clinical operations, support IV therapy and IM injections with precision, conduct health assessments and contraindication screenings, educate clients on therapies, maintain accurate documentation, train and support staff, and foster a positive, high-quality patient experience in a Fort Worth clinic setting. You will greet clients, learn their wellness goals, ensure safety and compliance with protocols, stay current on infusion therapies, and participate in hiring and team development. The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and vascular access expertise, with a focus on delivering personalized wellness through IV therapy in a clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License (REQUIRED)
- BLS Certification (REQUIRED)
- 2+ Years experience in vascular access or IV infusion therapy
- Strong peripheral vein access skills
- Solid grasp of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical assessment
- Excellent communicator who can put any client at ease
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a clinic setting
