Job Summary
Hands-on leadership role overseeing clinic operations, clinical care, and client experience. Lead staff development, ensure high-quality IV therapies and patient safety, drive client retention and clinic revenue through relationship-based service and memberships, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with Clinic Director on marketing and performance improvements. Requires active California RN license, BLS, and infusion experience, plus demonstrated leadership and sales/client-retention capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
- Experience in sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Active California RN License
