Assistant Client Manager

Job Summary
Assist Client Manager in coordinating with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Technicians to ensure project quality and timely delivery; manage client communications, define scope of work, prepare project-related documents, and oversee vendor/contract coordination; provide leadership in QA/QC, and mentor project teams on client standards and methods; requires 8+ years in construction, a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred, and strong CAD/Revit and MS Office skills; remote/in-office/hybrid flexibility with a Tampa, FL location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred
- 8+ years minimum of progressive experience in the construction industry with proven organizational skills
- Knowledge of design, design trends, construction methodology, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Knowledge of architectural building systems
- Knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process
- Knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate that knowledge into technical documents
- Advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills
- Advanced CAD drafting skills. Proficiency in Revit preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively with other project leaders and teams
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including public speaking
