Job Summary
Assist in creating structural steel, reinforced concrete, and site design drawings for facilities such as refineries and distilleries; use 3D modeling software (CADWorx preferred); work with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; assist others in gathering field information with supervision; check own work for completeness before submitting to leads; file plots and check prints in the project discipline file.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree with a specialization in computer-aided drafting and design, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- or a bachelor’s degree from an engineering program with 3 years of relevant experience
- Driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
