Job Summary
Evaluate, select, and adapt standard drinking water treatment techniques and procedures to meet project requirements for groundwater and surface water treatment. Manage utility district infrastructure projects while mitigating biological, organic, and inorganic constituents against current and emerging regulatory standards. Develop innovative solutions across civil, chemical, and instrumentation disciplines using AutoCAD and related software. This role supports Central California's premier civil engineering consulting firm within the Clovis Office, focusing on technical judgment and independent evaluation of water treatment criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to write technical information using appropriate grammar, punctuation and spelling for concise reader-friendliness and clarity
- Solid understanding of civil design and water treatment principles and formulas
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new methods and programs
- Proficiency in use of AutoCAD and related software
