Job Summary
Oversee Capital Improvement Projects, manage Right of Way acquisitions, and facilitate the Subdivision Process and inspections to ensure compliance and quality across Engineering Services. Monitor staff performance, provide technical direction, and deliver training aligned with the City Engineer's guidelines while investigating citizen complaints and liaising with other City departments. Prepare, interpret, and analyze development proposals, plans, and specifications, and coordinate the work of engineers, contractors, technicians, and clerical staff. Requires a Texas Professional Engineer registration, proficiency in CAD, land surveying, and GIS, plus strong management and communication skills. Must pass a thorough criminal background check.

- Must pass a thorough criminal background check
