Job Summary
Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment by supporting the Lead Teacher with daily activities, routines, and age-appropriate play. Assist with meals, diapering, nap time, and transitions while maintaining a clean, organized space. Engage children in developmentally appropriate learning experiences and build positive relationships with families. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to foster a supportive environment where teachers can learn and grow. Previous child care experience is preferred, though training is provided for the right candidate.
