Job Summary
As the Assistant Child Care Center Program Director, you'll serve as an instructional leader within classrooms, spending 50% of your time teaching. You'll support daily operations of a licensed childcare center and assist in maintaining compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations. Responsibilities include coaching educators, building relationships with children and families, and fostering a supportive school culture. Required qualifications include a Massachusetts EEC Director 2 Certification and an Associate’s Degree / CDA, with a strong focus on early childhood education and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Director 2 Certification
- Associate’s Degree / CDA and additional experience
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Physical ability to actively engage in classrooms and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
