Assistant Chief Engineer - Operations role supporting the Director of Engineering at Makati Shangri-La. Oversees engineering operations, implements hotel engineering policies and standards, and maintains efficient maintenance performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, professional engineering licensure (PE), English fluency, 10+ years in engineering with staff-management and budget experience. Local package offered; role based in Makati (Manila), Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Oral and written fluency in English
- With a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Electrical Engineer / Professional Mechanical Engineer
- At least 10 years experience in the field of Engineering practice
- Must have experience in staff management, budget preparation & control, effective systems & procedures
- Self-starter, team builder and positive role model
- Goal-oriented, tactful and sensitive to employee needs
