Job Summary
Supervise contractors, monitor building system performance, and assist the Chief Engineer in preventive maintenance programs and team training. Maintain the CMMS daily, handle tenant service requests, and prepare monthly/quarterly operations and mechanical reports. Respond to emergencies, communicate with clients and occupants, and perform assigned tasks including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general maintenance. Conduct facility inspections, comply with safety procedures and hazardous material policies, and participate in technical training. On-site presence required in downtown Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year
- Washington 07 license
- Leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
