Assistant Chief Engineer

Conduct general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards throughout the hotel structure. Assist the Chief Engineer in interviewing, selecting, training, and scheduling associates while performing room inspections, installing electrical fixtures, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment. Maintain building exteriors, test life safety systems, and complete preventative maintenance work orders with accurate records. Coordinate service contract compliance and adhere to local, state, and federal codes while following OSHA standards and safety protocols. Work varying schedules including holidays and weekends, requiring physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Located at the Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim, a Good Neighbor Hotel within walking distance to Downtown Disney and the Disneyland Monorail.
