Assistant Chief Engineer

Manage budget, capital expenditures, and preventative maintenance programs while overseeing the physical plant including HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems. Assign, track, and follow up on work orders for staff and contractors, inspecting facilities to determine repair needs and maintaining accurate logs. Provide 24/7 emergency response services, operate generators and fire pumps, and recommend or arrange for renovations and equipment replacements. Train employees on safety procedures, conduct performance appraisals, and support the hiring process. Ensure all staff have proper supplies and uniforms while fostering collaborative relationships to enhance guest and employee satisfaction.
