Job Summary
Answer guest calls and process requests; respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning); gather and provide information about property and area amenities; identify appropriate providers; coordinate with Bell, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve requests; review shift logs and ensure outstanding requests are prioritized; monitor inventory and order general office supplies; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; promote a positive working environment and uphold company policies and standards; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets; greet and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure professional communication via telephone and in person; stand/walk for extended periods and handle light lifting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year related work experience
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
