Job Summary
Lead and partner with the Department Manager to deliver exceptional food and service experiences at Farm Boy, driving daily excellence through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership. Build a positive, collaborative team culture through regular team huddles, ensure high standards in customer service and product knowledge, and oversee operations including inventory management, scheduling, invoicing, and payroll. Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bar and grill stations; promote adherence to company policies and government regulations; support store operations with related duties as needed. The role requires a post-secondary program in Culinary Management and at least one year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience, with a strong ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is required, with French language skills considered an asset. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management
- minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role

- excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
- comfort using manual and automated systems and experience with computer software programs
- experience with inventory management, scheduling, and payroll functions
- knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP compliance and proper equipment use
