Job Summary
Partner with the Department Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional food and service experiences through hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support. Deliver warm, confident customer service while executing departmental strategies to achieve stated goals. Support team development via training, coaching, and motivation, and build a positive culture by leading regular huddles to share goals and celebrate successes. Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bar and grill stations, ensuring excellent customer service, effective merchandising, and consistently high cleanliness standards. Manage office and administrative functions including inventory, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll. Promote adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and company policies. Work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management
- minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- equivalent combination of education and experience
