Job Summary
Create varied and nutritional menus aligned with residents' dietary needs while putting forward ideas to enhance the dining experience. Train and manage the kitchen team during prep, cooking, and service, adhering strictly to COSHH, HACCP guidelines, and company policies. Manage orders and deliveries, and cater for special events such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays as required. This role supports Bupa's mission to deliver person-centred care at The Lindsay Care Home in Poole, ensuring residents feel at home through innovative cooking and high standards.
Required Qualifications
