Job Summary
Conduct cheerleading instruction for teams and classes across various age groups, ages 4-15, while managing class preparations, student check-ins, and basic record-keeping. Oversee occasional clinics, meetings, and competition travel, dedicating 1 to 2 evenings weekly and some weekends for travel. Maintain outstanding organizational skills to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines. Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check. Previous cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience is preferred, along with enthusiasm for working with youth.
