Job Summary
Conduct cheerleading instruction and class preparations for youth ages 4-15, overseeing check-ins and basic record-keeping. Teach students, manage occasional meetings and clinics, and support teams across the country during competitions. Requires 1-2 evenings weekly for practices and weekend travel for events. Must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Previous cheer or gymnastics experience is preferred, though enthusiasm and a commitment to making a difference in youth lives are essential.
