Job Summary
Lead and train the team to provide excellent customer service while ensuring productivity and adhering to health and safety policies. Maximize profit and turnover by planning key merchandising, managing stock routines, and assisting with costs, margins, and cash collection. Deliver KPIs and build relationships with customers and local traders, including performing MOT inspections to defined standards. Carry out required administrative duties and any additional tasks necessary for the efficient running of the store.
Required Qualifications
- MOT certification class 4 or above
- MOT Testing and Mechanic experience
- Experience within the retail sector with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
- Experience within a in a fast-fit car centre or a recognised vehicle franchise dealership
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
