Job Summary
Support daily Fridge & Frozen department operations by managing purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships while maintaining merchandising and food safety standards. Lead, train, and schedule team members to drive sales and ensure efficient departmental performance. Monitor shrink and inventory metrics to support broader store goals. Partner closely with the Center Store Manager and Category Manager to deliver exceptional guest service. This full-time role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays, with pay ranging from $20 to $21.72 per hour. Candidates need 2+ years of grocery retail experience and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of grocery or natural foods retail experience
