Job Summary
Lead front-of-house operations as Assistant Center Sales Manager in Orlando, partnering with Center Sales Director to drive KPI and sales through guest acquisition, retention, retail product sales, and team development. Responsibilities include personnel management (training, scheduling, coaching), payroll processing, customer service optimization, guest education on Wax Passes, store marketing, inventory control, center maintenance, onboarding of new Guest Service Associates, Strut coordination with Center Manager, cash handling and deposits, and ensuring a clean, organized center with excellent guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledge of Computerized Scheduling Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate machinery such as a copy or fax machine
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
