Job Summary
Lead front-of-house teams by training, scheduling, and coaching associates while managing payroll, inventory, and cash reconciliation. Drive sales growth through guest acquisition, retail product promotion, and Strut sessions, ensuring exceptional customer service and wax pass consistency. Oversee center maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols, and assist with marketing programs and new associate onboarding. Coordinate with the Center Sales Director to meet KPIs and manage daily operations including shift facilitation and reservation book organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledge of Computerized Scheduling Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate machinery such as a copy or fax machine
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
- E-Verify process completion
