Assistant Center Manager Sterling Heights

Co-manage team members and activities at the assigned PACE center while providing guidance and supervision. Assist with planning center activities, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and resolving concerns for participants, caregivers, and employees. Oversee team training, schedule work hours, and assign job duties in coordination with the Day Health Center Manager. Supervise staff through hiring, performance evaluation, counseling, and discipline recommendations. Coordinate services for PACE participants and maintain departmental policies. Requires an Associate's degree, one year of supervisory experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
