Coach staff on development and growth, assist leadership in center and market expansion through program and business development, and support employee engagement and retention efforts. Manage employee relations issues and help develop strategies to increase profitability while providing an exceptional patient care experience. This role serves as a platform for training and development leading to a promotion to center manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
