Job Summary
Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience drives growth and development for children and teachers, leads teacher recruitment and coaching, conducts classroom observations and evaluations, manages staff scheduling and center operations, ensures licensing compliance and health/safety standards, oversees parent communications and family engagement, and administers center records, emergency drills, and incident reporting to maintain appropriate ratios and alignment with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience
- Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children
- Must meet state specific guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
- Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred
