Job Summary
Lead by example as Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience, guiding teachers with our proprietary curriculum, ensuring health and safety standard operating procedures are followed, building and developing a highly qualified staff, driving enrollment growth and family engagement, and managing business operations including accounts receivable/payable, monthly P&L, and payroll. Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours, organize community marketing events, and support ongoing training and leadership development to create a nurturing, compliant, and growth-focused center.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules
- Ability to lead and manage staff, payroll, and enrollment initiatives
