Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of childcare center leadership or management experience
- Texas Child Care Director credential/license (required) or actively in progress
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas childcare licensing rules and minimum standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills and comfort speaking with prospective families
- Experience with enrollment, tours, marketing, or community outreach a plus
