Assistant Center Director (Part Time)

Support the Center Manager in all operational functions, manage a team of Instructors to deliver appropriate instruction, and provide superior customer service that results in student retention. Create a fun learning environment that inspires student confidence, assess and diagnose educational needs of students, and train and model appropriate instructor/student interactions. Foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations while presenting a compelling message to parents that results in student enrollment. This role includes extensive leadership and management training to develop center operations through instructional leadership, parent communication, staff management, sales, marketing, and effective administration.
