Assistant Center Director (Part-Time)

Support the Center Manager in all operational functions, manage a team of Instructors to deliver appropriate instruction, and provide superior customer service that results in student retention. Create a fun learning environment that inspires student confidence while assessing and diagnosing educational needs of students. Train and model appropriate instructor/student interactions, foster collaborative relationships with local schools and organizations, and present a compelling message to parents that results in student enrollment. This role requires proven leadership skills, excellent communication, foundational math skills through Algebra I, and a four-year degree preferred. The position offers hourly pay of $20-$25, paid time off, and an employee discount for part-time work in San Clemente, Dana Point, and Laguna Niguel.
