Assistant Center Director

Lead and inspire a high-performing team of instructors by recruiting, training, and managing daily operations. Drive center growth through sales, lead conversion, and local marketing while ensuring the Mathnasium Method remains accurate and effective for student learning plans. Build community by serving as a primary contact for parents and local schools, overseeing billing, scheduling, and student assessments to maintain customer readiness. Process inquiries into enrollments and hit revenue goals with full-time hours that may include weekends and evenings. This role supports the Center Director in fostering student confidence and skills within our community.
