Job Summary
Support the Center Director/Owner in administering student assessments, developing learning plans, and assisting with sales by promptly responding to leads and enrolling students. Deliver math instruction in-center, online, and via hybrid delivery using Mathnasium Method, mentor instructional staff, and manage student progress and engagement. Provide exceptional customer service to families, build relationships, and communicate student progress. Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, maintain a safe and professional learning environment, and assist with administrative tasks. Requires passion for math, strong interpersonal/organizational skills, willingness to learn, ability to balance education and sales responsibilities, algebra I math competency, and computer skills; successful candidates will take a math literacy test, have work authorization, and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
